The catalogue holds information about each item the Library has access to or owns.

The shelf mark, sometimes referred to as call number or class mark, is the code that appears on a label on the spine of each item in the Library. The shelf mark contains both letters and numbers.

Most items in the Library are arranged in Dewey Decimal, although the Education Resources are arranged in Bliss.

Items are arranged in the Library by shelf mark in numerical and/or alphabetical order.
