You can collect requested items from the requested Items Collection Shelves located in the Information Hub on the ground floor in the David Wilson Library.

The Requested Items Collection Shelves are shelved alphabetically, via the first four letters of your surname and the last four digits of your library number.

These items have been reserved for you but have not yet been loaned to your library account. Please use the Self-Service Machines as usual to loan the items.

Please ensure that you only remove books from the shelves that are reserved under your name.

We will keep requested books for 7 days.

Please check your library account for the due date of the item you have collected and continue to check your emails for any updates regarding changes to this date.
