If your library books have been recalled whilst you are away on holiday, please contact library@le.ac.uk as soon as possible to let us know. The recall system remains active all year, so your books can be recalled at any time, including when you are away on holiday.

If you are going away for over a week, we advise that you return your books to the library prior to leaving.

If you have left Leicester for a prolonged period of time and take your books with you, it is your responsibility to check your emails for any notifications advising that the due date of your items has changed, and to ensure that they are returned to us if needed.

If you need to return your books by post, please use this address:

Library & Student Enquiries

David Wilson Library

University of Leicester

University Road

We advise that you use a tracked service as any books returned via post remain your responsibility.
