There is a bank of lockers located near the library entry and exit turnstiles that you can borrow a key to use to store your belongings.

You can borrow a key at the Information Hub Desk on the Ground Floor of the Library. Keys will usually be due to return by 9am the next morning, but if the library is due to close, it may be due back earlier - we will confirm the return time when we issue the key to you.

Lockers are intended for use whilst you are in the Library and are roughly 27cm deep x 56cm high x 30cm wide - they are not suitable to store suitcases or luggage. When you leave the Library please collect your items and return the key.

Please note if a key is returned late, you will not be able to loan other items to your account until the key is returned.

Do not leave perishable or valuable items in the lockers. You are responsible for both the key and the contents of the locker. The University of Leicester cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing or are damaged.
