To place a Document Supply request:

1. Go to Library Search and select CAN'T FIND IT? on the red top banner. This will take you to our online request form.

2. Select the type of resource you require and complete the form with as much detail as possible. Please include the journal ISSN or book ISBN as this will result in a much quicker supply time (How can I find an ISBN, ISSN or DOI?).

3. Click submit.

4. If prompted, login with your university IT username and password.

5. If the resource you require is not held by the library, you will see a link to submit a Document Supply request.

6. Click this link and enter any additional details into the form. Ensure you agree to the terms of the copyright declaration by ticking the box.

7. Click Submit.

Your request will normally be processed within 24 working hours (Monday - Friday), or first thing on a Monday for requests made over the weekend.

A maximum of 10 requests may be placed at one time. We can only supply items not already in stock.

All Inter Library loan books must be collected from the library. We are unable to post Inter Library loan books out.
