If you have a laptop currently out on loan it will have now been automatically renewed until 14th February 2021, 23:59. If you have any questions about your loans or your library account please don't hesitate to get in touch with us, you can chat to one of our library staff members between the following hours:
Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Saturday and Sunday 12.00pm to 5.00pm

We appreciate that some students need a laptop for their studies, especially as lectures and seminars have now commonly reverted to online only, due to the pandemic. As a consequence we are looking into our laptop provision and we hope to increase our offering as soon as this is possible. The University, just as all other education providers and local authorities are seeking additional laptops and PCs. We will update this FAQ as soon as we have more information on our situation.
