Due to the National Lockdown 3.0 we have extended our Postal Loan service to all University staff and students.
You may request home delivery of books to your address. All items posted out will include a pre-paid postage label for you to return them free of charge.
You can make a postal loan request following these steps:
First, after searching items on the Library catalogue and logging in to your account (top right of search result screen), click on the title of your required item and you will see the following request options:
Then click 'Request' an you will see the following brief form to fill in:
Second, select the 'personal delivery' option for 'pickup location'. Please then specify which address you would like for us to send the books to, this will appear as 'home' or 'work'. If your term-time address is no longer the one where you reside (due to COVID-19 measures), please do send us a follow up email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or add the correct address in the 'comments' field.
