Q. I'm trying to complete my online student registration but when I log into MyStudentRecord it states 'No Records Retrieved'- what do I do?

If this happens, please e-mail studentservices@le.ac.uk with your student number and information of how/when the message appears. This will allow staff to look into the issue further and advise as appropriate.
