When you create an account on MyStudentRecord a verification e-mail is sent to the e-mail you provided when making your application. The verification link in this e-mail must be clicked within 48 hours of it being sent to verify the e-mail address and allow you to log into MyStudentRecord.
If the e-mail was sent less than 48 hours ago, please check your junk/spam folder to see whether it has been received there. If it has, click on the verification link to allow access to MyStudentRecord and the online registration process.
If the e-mail was sent over 48 hours ago and has expired, you will need to click the 'New User' button on the main MyStudentRecord page to start the account creation process again.
If you do not have access to the e-mail that was used to make your application, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your student number and other study information.
