Q. I am trying to create an account in MyStudentRecord to register and the message 'your details cannot be matched' appears - what do I do?

If you have been invited to register as a new student but the above message appears when trying to set up a new account on MyStudentRecord, your student record may require an update.

If this occurs, please e-mail studentservices@le.ac.uk with the following information:

• Your Surname
• Your Date of Birth
• Your Student Number
• A screenshot of the error message on the page. 

With this information our team will then be able to advise further.
