If you have been invited to register as a new student but you see the message 'your details cannot be matched' when trying to set up a new account on MyStudentRecord, your student record may require an update.

If this occurs, please e-mail studentservices@le.ac.uk with the following information:

  • Your Surname
  • Your Date of Birth
  • Your Student Number
  • A screenshot of the error message on the page. 

With this information our team will then be able to advise further.
