The Information Hub is in the David Wilson Library on the ground floor. The Information Hub provides both a physical and virtual enquiry desk for all library and student enquiries, this includes online, telephone and other virtual support and enquiries.
The Information Hub staff are able to help you with a wide range of enquiries including:
- How to use the Library
- Accessing computers and study spaces
- Group Study Room support
- Accessing library support and advice on the availability of physical stock and eResources
- Receive support with completing your registration
- Registration or graduation questions
- Accessing University Support Services, booking appointments with Careers, Welfare, Wellbeing and Visas and Immigration
- Pay your tuition or accommodation fees and find out when instalments are due
- Replacing a lost or stolen university ID card
- Access end of year and full academic transcripts
- Help accessing a variety of letters to support your studies and beyond
- Lost property
