Q. I cannot upload my photo to My Student Record

You will be asked to upload a photo of yourself as part of your Online Registration via MyStudentRecord when joining the University as a new student.

Please review our photo guidelines before you try to upload a photo.

If you have problems uploading your photo:

Distance Learning students: Please email the Information Hub at studentservices@le.ac.uk with your photo attached and staff will manually add this to your student record.
Campus based students: Don't worry! We will take your photo when you arrive at University and complete your registration.
