There are a few options available to be able to issue your documents for WES evaluation.

  1. IF UG STUDENT FROM 2012 ONWARDS INCLUDE: If you graduated from an undergraduate campus-based course from 2012 onwards you may be eligible for a Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) via GradIntel.com, all information about this option can be found on our website; https://le.ac.uk/library/using/information-hub/awarding-documents/hear
  2. DON’T INCLUDE FOR RESEARCH DEGREES:  You can order an original embossed transcript through our online shop at the following link: https://shop.le.ac.uk/product-catalogue/courses-and-course-essentials/certificates-and-transcripts/full-academic-transcript-20 .  Our team can only issue official full academic transcripts which are only available in hard copy and cannot be sent via email.
  3. We can produce a certified copy of your transcript. This is a photocopy or printed scan which we have stamped and signed to certify it is a true copy of the original. You can order this service at: https://shop.le.ac.uk/product-catalogue/courses-and-course-essentials/certificates-and-transcripts/certified-copies-of-awarding-documentsYou will then need to respond to this email to confirm your order number and provide a clear scan of your transcript to certify.  Please be aware that certified copies are only available where you can provide us with a scan of the original document to certify. This is because while we hold the necessary data within our records system to verify your award details/module marks, we do not hold hard copies of your awarding documents from which to take a copy.   Certified copies are only available in hard copy format and cannot be provided digitally via email.

If you need us to complete a WES Academic Records Request Form you can respond to the email with the form.  You can also reference this in the Additional requirements section when placing your order.

Please also include your WES reference number in this section.
