If the 'My Fees' section on MyStudentRecord is showing as incomplete alongside the message 'Payment not in place for the upcoming academic year' or 'Outstanding Debt from previous Academic Year’, this means that payment information is required on your student record. The Fees and Income team (copied in) will be able to assist with this.
If you are Student Finance England funded, please send proof of this (such as a confirmation letter) to feesandincome@le.ac.uk.
If you are funded by Canadian Student Loans (e.g. OSAP), please send proof of this to feesandincome@le.ac.uk. If the loans do not cover the full amount of your fees, you may be required to pay some of the remaining amount to be able to complete registration.
If you have an NHS Bursary, please send the reference number (usually starting with SB or BR) to feesandincome@le.ac.uk.
If your fees are being paid by a Sponsor, please send a completed sponsor form (found here) to feesandincome@le.ac.uk.
If you are Self-Funded, you will need to have paid a proportion of your tuition fees before you will be able to register. (The exact amount will differ per course) The amount of time it takes for funds to be received and processed by the University differs by the method of payment:
If you have made a payment and it has been longer than the above timescales then please contact feesandincome@le.ac.uk with evidence of your payment. The University may have received your payment but unable to allocate it to your account due to missing information on the payment. Please ensure you include your student number on the email.
If you have any further questions about fees or queries about the above please contact our Fees and Income team at feesandincome@le.ac.uk or call +44(0)116 252 3733 (phone line open Mon-Fri 2pm-4pm).
Please also note that the Fees and Income team are very busy at this time of year, so there may be a delay in their response.
