Q. How do I request my DOATAP form be completed?

To request completion of your DOATAP form, please email it to studentservices@le.ac.uk.

Please include your student number (if known), full name (at the time of study) and date of birth.

Please also specify whether you require to have any of your documents sent directly to DOATAP and we will be able to advise further about the options.
