If you find a plug socket that isn't working, let us know where it is during staffed hours by:
- emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- texting 0116 3470605
- tweeting @UoLDWL
- telling a member of staff on the Help Zone or front desk.
It is useful to tell us which floor, zone i.e. blue and if possible, which collection of books the affected area is near to help us locate it.
We will then report this to campus electricians to reset the circuit but please be aware this may not happen straight away.
Sometimes our plug sockets don't work because non-EU adaptors and chargers have been used, which trips the circuit for safety reasons.
