I do not have RefWorks Citation Manager on my laptop
If you cannot see RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM) in Word on your laptop, here are some things you can do.
Answer
If you have installed Office 365 from the University of Leicester, RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM) should be present on the ribbon in Word.
If it is not there, in Word on a Windows device, go to Insert > My add-ins > Admin Managed. Click RefWorks Citation Manager and click Add. If RefWorks Citation Manager is not present, click Refresh.
If it is still not there, you may need to contact Digital Services for advice at the Information Hub at the David Wilson Library.
You may need to follow different steps on a Mac. On a Mac, you may only be able to have RCM in Word Online.
If you have Office 365 through an employer, try the steps above, and try installing RCM from the Store (Insert > My add-ins > Store), but if your employer has turned off access to the Store, you will need to speak to your employer.
If you have bought Office 365 yourself, install RCM from the Store (Insert > My add-ins > Store).
