If all of the copies of a book that you want are already on loan, then you can request a copy.
Requesting an item recalls it from its current user.
If you are the only person who has requested the item you should receive it in 7 days. If there are requests on it from other library users, then this period may be correspondingly longer.
You will receive an email when the item is available for you. You can collect it from the Express Zone, on the Ground Floor of the Library. It will remain available for collection for 5 days.
