The Library has 20 Group Study Rooms which may be booked by University of Leicester students only. They are not available for individual study, teaching, presentations, interviews or for University meetings.

Group study rooms are bookable for minimum of 4 people. You can do this online through the library homepage, by selecting 'book a study space', which will prompt you to log in with your student IT account (as below). You will then be able to select the room, time and date that you wish to utilise the space for.

You are entitled to make one booking for up to 2 hours per person, per day.

If the room is not occupied within 15 minutes of the start of a booking it may be rebooked to another group, please speak to a member of library staff to do this for you. Outside of staffed service hours, you and your group may use the room for up to 2 hours or until the next group arrives, whichever is soonest.
